Biologically, eggs provide the best protein naturally available. In fact, egg protein is so ideal that it is frequently used as a reference standard to compare the biological value of other proteins. Egg protein is a good source of methionine, lysine, cystine and tryptophan. Most of these amino acids are in limited supply in many other major foods.
The Cutting Edge Egg Whites are produced from WA fresh eggs and provide you with this ideal protein source but with the added advantage that the fat and cholesterol have been removed. This egg white product is conveniently packed, is all natural and contains NO preservatives or additives.
