Description:
Liquid whole egg produced from farm fresh eggs, pasteurised and frozen.

Ingredients:
100% whole egg.
1 litre = 26 eggs. (for 43gm eggs).

12 x 950ml & 10 x 250ml cartons
Also available in 5kg and 10kg bulk packs or
4 x 2kg plastic bladders

Storage & Shipping:
Store Below -18°C

Thawing:
Thaw under refigerated conditions between 1°C and 4°C. The product should not be re-frozen.

Shelf Life:
If frozen it will keep up to 24 months from date of manufacture under frozen storage. After thawing, the product will remain stable for up to 4 days under refrigerated conditions between 1°C and 4°C.
