Phil in concert with the Board of Directors develops the short and long term strategic plans for the company. With his management team he translates this into day to day actions and short-term projects.
During recent years Phil has directed the company towards World's Best Practice positions in all departments. Phil is a member of the Committee of Management of the Australian Egg Industry Association which has developed a common program for Quality Assurance for the industry nationally.
