Philip Steel - Chief Executive Officer

Phil in concert with the Board of Directors develops the short and long term strategic plans for the company. With his management team he translates this into day to day actions and short-term projects.

During recent years Phil has directed the company towards World's Best Practice positions in all departments. Phil is a Director of the Australian Egg Corpration (AECL) which has developed a national Quality Assurance program for the egg industry. With this in hand Phil has been pivital in ensuring the Western Australian egg producers are accredited with this certification.

Bernard Egan - General Manager Operations

Bernard organises the processing and packaging of eggs and egg products which includes the overseeing of product development and quality assurance.

Mike Sciano - Sales Manager

Mike ensures that customer satisfaction is achieved through fresh quality WA laid eggs, competitive pricing and value added products.

Mandy Tyack - Food Technologist

Mandy makes sure that Golden Egg Farms complies with leading audit requirements and quality assurance programs.
