Farm To Family

The graded eggs are placed into cartons and as they move down the conveyor each carton is closed by the machine.

A Best Before or Use-By Date is applied to the end of each carton. Eggs will keep better if they are refrigerated. It is still okay to use them past their Use-By date, but they may not whip so well.
