100% whole egg.
1 litre = 26 eggs. (for 43gm eggs).

Storage & Shipping:
Store Below -18 ° C

Thawing: Thaw under refigerated conditions between 1 ° C and 4 ° C. The product should not be re-frozen.

Shelf Life: If frozen it will keep up to 24 months from date of manufacture under frozen storage. After thawing, the product will remain stable for up to 4 days under refrigerated conditions between 1° C and 4 ° C.
