DIRECTIONS Lemon Curd: 1. Remove outer lemon peel thinly. In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, process peel and sugar. 2. Add Golden Eggs one at a time. Blend after each addition. Blend in butter. Slowly squeeze in lemon juice. 3. Pour mixture into a saucepan. Cook gently over medium heat, just until it thickens. Pour into clean containers, cover, keep refrigerated. To use: Blend lemon curd and quark together. Add chopped berries. Reserve 6 whole berries for garnish.
