DIRECTIONS 1. Mix the marinade from the 'icing sugar to the wine'. 2. Add fruits and refrigerate overnight. Drain juices but retain. Return fruit to fridge for ½ hour. Cream: 2 tbs sugar, 1 tbs cornflour, 2 tbs cold water, 3 Golden Egg yolks, ¾ cup whipped cream or yoghurt. 1. Mix sugar, cornflour, water. Heat in a double saucepan until thick - stir constantly. 2. Blend Golden Egg yolks, then mix in a little of the hot sugar, cornflour paste. Return to pan, add reserved juice. Continue to heat till thick. Don't boil. Stir constantly then chill 2 hours. 3. Fold in whipped cream or yoghurt, rest ½ hour.
