DIRECTIONS 1. Layer ½ sliced or chopped Golden egg onto individual plates or into a bowl lined with lettuce leaves. Cover with 2/3 spring onions or chives. 2. Combine quark, mayonnaise and more spring onions or chives, then pour 2/3 mixture over the Golden Egg and onion. 3. Repeat using Golden Egg and mayonnaise. Garnish with spring onion curls. Will not freeze. |
