DIRECTIONS 1. Line a microwave baking tray with baking paper. If you do not have a baking tray, place two sheets of baking papers on your turntable. 2. Beat egg whites and vinegar until stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beaten until stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until mixture is thick and glossy. 3. Fold in cornflour and vanilla essence. Pile mixture onto baking paper. Sprinkle with chopped almonds. 4. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 3-31/2 minutes. Allow to cool. 5. Decorate with whipped cream, sliced kiwi fruit, strawberries and passionfruit. Cut into slices and serve immediately. This recipe must be eaten soon after cooking and will not store as a normal Pavlov. Serves 4-6 |
