DIRECTIONS 1. Cream butter and icing sugar. Beat till light and fluffy. 2. Mix ricotta or quark, mascapone and Golden Egg yolks into a smooth paste. Add to butter mixture. 3. Blend in grated orange and juice, nuts and fruits. 4. Pile into individual serving dishes. Dust with cinnamon powder. 5. Serve with toasted fruit bread fingers or fruit for a dessert - with strong coffee. May be served as a paté or dip. Will freeze. |
