INGREDIENTS:
Per person - one Golden Egg, choice of sauces (see below).
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes


CONVENTIONAL METHOD: 1. Boil water in saucepan. Drop in poached egg ring. Place Golden Egg in ring for approximately 3 minutes until cooked. 2. Add sauce and serve.

MICROWAVE METHOD: 1. Place boiling water in cup.
2. Add Golden Egg. Pierce yolk with a toothpick and cover with plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on MEDIUM for 2 minutes until cooked.

SAUCES: Blender Hollandaise: In a blender mix 3 Golden Egg yolks, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1tbs water, ¼ tsp salt, pepper. With blender on high speed, slowly pour in 120g melted unsalted butter.
Eggs Benedict: Serve with ham and Hollandaise.
Eggs Florentine: Serve with chopped spinach and Hollandaise.
Kidsnack Idea: For a nutritious snack, serve poached eggs on a bed of baked beans, hash browns or ratatouille.
