Bolied Egg with toasted soldiers

Description

Serves 1

Ingredients

Eggs
1 litre of water
Toast cut into “soldiers”
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or margarine for toast


Method

Place the room temperature eggs, into a saucepan of
cold water, which covers the eggs.
Turn on the heat, bring to the boil then turn down to a
simmer gently.
Refer to egg cooking time guide.
(Note: Prepare Toast cut into “soldiers” while cooking.)
