Easy Biscotti
Description
Makes approx. 60
Ingredients
6 large Golden Eggs at room temperature - separated
450g plain flour, sifted
400g sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed
Gradually add sugar
Beat for an additional 5 minutes once all the sugar has been added
Add egg yolks and vanilla essence and beat until blended
Gradually add sifted plain flower
Place spoonfuls of mixture onto baking trays lined with baking paper
Bake for 7 minutes or until golden brown
Leave to cool before removing from trays
