Egg White Omelette
Ingredients
100ml Golden Eggs Cutting Edge egg white
Chopped ham
Chopped onion
Chopped capsicum
Method
Lightly sauté ham, onion and capsicum and place aside.
Add 100ml of Golden Eggs Cutting Edge egg white, to hot nonstick
pan to make omelette.
Place lightly sauted ham, onion and capsicum onto centre of
cooked omelette, roll up neatley. Serve and enjoy.
Serving suggestion: serve with grilled tomato
